Had appointment, 45 minutes before car was taken into shop.

Everything was smooth

My recent car service at merchant tire was not good. First and foremost it took over two hours just to get my oil change, then the mechanic over fill it oil. Also my light for my tire pressures continue to come on, so Im wondering if they ever check my tire . Bad service this time.

I appreciate all the help from DJ, diagnosed my car and explained the process that needs to be done.

Took my car in for one thing. IT WAS NOT completed. Mgt is terrible.

Great customer service! DJ was very nice and friendly.

They did an emissions service, flushed and changed out the antifreeze(which I didn't want). My car had transmission fluid spraying out from the transmission pan. That's all I wanted, was to fix the transmission fluid leak(which originally thought was an oil leak). They took advantage of my ignorance, which is disgraceful! Do not go to NTB! NTB in Garner or Cary, NC. The Cary facility, earlier this year, tried to swindle money from me as well.

My car broke down in the middle of the road the day before Thanksgiving. I had my car towed in to be looked at. DJ was very helpful in letting me know what i need done. I Will be back to this location again to have DJ take care of anything I need to have done on my car. The care and customer service I received with DJ was the best service I have received when it comes to having my car brake down during the holidays. DJ went above and beyond any service I have ever received when dealing with a major car repair.
