This facility (NTB) is always my choice for routine service. They're accommodating with scheduling and their pricing is affordable. The staff has a great sense of humor which is welcomed in these trying times.

This store is fantastic. The insurance company was being difficult and everyone at NTB in Garner was so helpful and got my car fixed for a reasonable rate in a timely manner. They're terrific. Very well managed.

It was a well satisfying experience. The customer service was professional and they called me to inform me what was goibig on, the price and when it was done.

The only issue I had was I was told it would take about an hour and it took an hour and 45 minutes
