Didn't take too long to complete, scheduling was easy and check in was easy. Price was reasonable.

NTB did a great job repairing my wife's 4Runner. Bill Haas was very helpful in getting the car fixed. I would have given it a 5 star rating if only the supplier delivered the right part and I didn't have to wait longer than expected.

There was a big hassle just trying to get a tire mounted and balanced. And after 20 minutes of going back and forth, and another 20 to mountain balance one tire, I get a scratched up wheel. Won't be back to that location.

I had a tire leak, which another tire center had just filled with air and told me to return in a week if leak continued. Sean, service manager, took my vehicle right away to repair the leak as I had a family emergency I had to get to within 1.5 hours. The tire was repaired and I was able to get to my family. Thank you Sean and the technician Kabir, for taking such good care. I will be returning here for all my vehicle service needs in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
