Got a flat tire after service and have to take my car back to fix the flat. They fixed at no charge, so that was good. The only downside is that my son had to get an Uber ride both to and from work, which cost him $20.

Mgr did not tell me that technician recommended that I replace my battery. The next day my battery died and I was stuck.

The associate that helped us was extremely helpful, and we found a new favorite place for our car needs

Disappointed that I bought two new tires for the rear and they sent me off with 34 psi in one tire and 37 psi in the other.I went back and had it corrected.Did I hear any apology? Your guess.Hint. The answer is spelled with two letters.

They quadruple booked appointments at the same time as mine. Dropped the car off @ 9:30, came back @noon and still had to wait until 2:00 to get the work completed.

Sergio was great. He got me in just before close and the technician got my tire repaired for a price so low I was shocked

My appointment was for 2oclock the minute I walked in I was greeted. The service was fantastic and I noticed the service was good with everyone else.
