I had a warranty on a tire that had a nail in an unrepairable place. I need to use the warranty to replace the tire. A gentleman named Hakim worked diligently to find me a tire to replace the discontinued tire. He reviewed the tread in detail and located a tire that was as close as the original set I purchased just a few months ago. To me that was great service.

Brendan Bart the mechanic did a great job on my car. Explained everything he did and what I need to do. As long as he works there, he is my mechanic and I will bring all my cars back there!

Associate who checked me in was very helpful! Mechanics came out to explain issues they found with the brakes. Overall, the price was very good and the team was polite knowledgeable. This is my second visit and I will definitely return.

While it took a couple days to retrieve my correct tire for warranty replacement from the warehouse, it was installed with no issues and professionally prepped. Paperwork was a breeze and installation price fair.

The reason why I went to NT&B was to get my car checked. I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff and mechanics. They checked my car completely and gave me a good estimate of how much I would need to spend on my vehicle. It is more than likely that I plan to go there to service my vehicle in the future.
