I was highly satisfied with this NTB because of the friendly staff and the ease at making an appointment for service. Additionally, the service was quick. The place is clean, especially the bathroom. The bathroom did not smell like other public bathrooms I have visited. The waiting area was comfortable and clean.

No appointment. Differently disabled vehicle and needed a tire repair. Manager was able to squeeze in and repair tire puncture.
