Just a tire repair today good service

The customer service was excellent. The establishment was nice, clean and quiet.

Attention is really good but is expensive

The morning after getting new tires I woke up to a flat tire. Had to put spare tire on and take it back to Tire Kingdom. The valve they put on was bad.

Upon describing the problem and my suspicion on where it originated the tech took me to my vehicle, found the issue and showed me how to find it. I was confident I was not being advised to invest in unnecessary tire replacement

They didnt tell me I needed a new tie rod and wheel bearing. Descent inspection.

Customer Service and the professionalism was excellent as usual. The floors and the ladies bathroom was clean. The only negative was the amount of time I spent there. It wasn’t Tire 🛞 Kingdom, it was the 3rd party they use to depend on certain parts needed for the car. I feel that part of the service needs to improve.

Routine tire rotation. Must have appointment. I would go elsewhere if I had not purchased the maintenance plan when I had my tires installed. On a previous occasion, I waited three hours before I was told that my tire could not be repaired and they did not have a replacement in stock. The installation charge under the warranty was going to be $48. Discount Tire next door repaired the tire for me in under an hour.

Whole hand prints on hood and door. I don't recall those being listed in services charged for so I guess they were free.

Had a flat tire. Drop in service. Took car in immediately. Took a while to update us on inspections, however I do understand they were servicing multiple vehicles.

I made an appointment for an oil change 10:00 am and showed up slightly earlier to check the car in. The oil change took six hours to complete, and I did not get my car back until just after 4:00 pm. I will not be going back.

My battery died in my truck and when I got to Tire Kingdon I was treated with respect and professionalism. They tested my battery and had my service ticket written up in no time. The Tech (Raymond) that worked on my truck was fast and efficient at his job and had a friendly attitude. Great experience
