I arrived somewhat late for my appointment for tire rotation and balancing. The clerk never even mentioned it, booked my vehicle in and had it done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited.

I called ahead and was assured that my problem could be handled. I arrived within an hour, and a technician was immediately assigned. Within 10 minutes, he made an evaluation and quoted a price. I gave the go-ahead, and within a half hour, the work was completed. The payment was made quickly, and I was back on the road. The staff was pleasant and courteous...manager introduced himself. The facility was clean and orderly.
