I waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged when I walked in the door. If I didnt buy my tires here, I would have left right away.

Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly! My experience was great!

Told me the car would be done in 1 hour and it took 4hr. Failed to follow instructions on spare tire and dismounted my brand new spare, leaving a flat tire bolted to the back door. Then rework took extra time on top of them being 3 hours late. Tires seem out of balance (vibration at interstate speed). Would not recommend.

Came in for tire patch/plug. Once on lift techs discovered the tires on the used vehicle we bought 18 months ago were all dry rotted. Full set of tires for the Chevy Equinox beat Costco prices for similar rated tires AND we didn't have to schedule over a week out like at Costco! Manager Brian was great and very helpful.

Customer service was over the top for my experience. Also they let me know what I needed to get done within the next few services. They finished my vehicle in under an hour

Over charged me for tire install $50 bucks for one tire

As soon as I checked in at customer service, the representative looked at my tire and immediately got it into the bay for the repair.

I originally drove to the 111 Brannon Drive Greer, SC location to have my vehicle service. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any availability but the clerk at the front desk politely check two nearby NTB locations and was able to fit me in. I arrived at the Woodruff location and was immediately greeted and checked in. The clerk explained all promotions in detail and I took advantage of the promo and I’m highly satisfied. All technicians were knowledgeable and gave me great advice on preventative maintenance regarding my service. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!
