Just want to say Dave you are the man I am so glad Midas have you I will start taking my car to your shop even though it's almost 25 minutes away from my house and the shop that I went to for Midas on Grant Street in Akron Ohio is only 7 minutes from my house I will pass them up to come to you they need to fix that shop on Grant Street in Akron Ohio they need to change the employees there get better employees get employees like Dave Dave you were so helpful towards me you help me out a lot you fix the problem you make sure I did not leave until the problem was fixed I think that if Midas had more employees like you they will be number one thank you Dave you are a good guy thank you

They did a great job on my car! My only suggestion is honoring appointment times. I made an appointment for 3:00, but due to walk-in clients, but service did not begin until 4:00.

You guys are AMAZING. I was out of town and you had my information available to determine and locate the tire I needed. It was a difficult-to-match tire and your team found one in a nearby warehouse and brought it in for purchase and install-all without an appointment. I had to get back to my hometown that day, and your team made that possible. Thank you!

Improvements effected: Restroom trash not full, coffee & cups in stock. Prompt. Color ink is best for align report in future. Full synthetic oil change up to 6 quarts needs to not exceed $70 out the door including all fees & tax. To meet competition.
