Waited far too long for a simple oil change.

Had a flat and needed a new tire. New tire was fine but when I got home I noticed the new tire was in the back of the SUV and the tires did not get rotated. Had to call to find out why. Would rather be told of something like this before I leave. Needed new lug nuts.

Had the same problem supposedly fixed before by another repair shop but the problem returned- NTB was able to figure out the problem and fix it permanently
