Level headed staff who will answer your questions and explain things you may not be clear about. The few free inspection services they offer are a big plus in giving you an edge on maintaining your ride, also pointing out REAL potential issues that can or may be serviced later. One caveat is you may be waiting for an hour or three depending on your service but it is currently worth the time and effort.Despite waiting times based on my previous services, Tire Kingdom ( NTB) , are up front, respectable to you and your car, and get the job done with precision.

Brian was very upfront with what was specifically going on with my alignment. He made sure I understood what they repair would fix and prevent from happening in the future. He also was great about making recommendations for near future and future repairs that I would be encountering.

Staff, knowledge, time repair took, and value

The service was so-so, but they were friendly

I had an unexpected tire repair due to a road hazard (nail in the tire). I called on my way to work and Anthony said that he would be happy to take care of my issue. He did explain that he had scheduled appointments but he would fit me in. As soon as I arrived I was taken care of immediately. I was fortunate that the appointments had not yet arrived and the technician in the shop quickly identified the issue and got me back on the road.

Even with a small problem after the brake job , they offered a very good service to make it up

Anthony, was very helpful with letting me know that I don't need a tire rotation due to it is almost time to change the tires and he was very informative on when I am ready for a tune up on how to prepare before hand.
