I needed air in my tires, they discovered that the leaky tire I had was due to a leaked seal which was repaired quickly and INEXPENSIVELY! The service was quick and I was in and out quickly!

Service person was very honest about when they could perform the service. They did not have an appointment time to put the tires on the vehicle, but they were extremely quick turnaround when I brought the tires in to have them swapped out.

ANY WORK OR PURCHASES I HAVE TO MAKE I ALWAYS GO TO THIS NTB. THEY WERE FRIENDLY (REX ALLEN) EXPLAINED ALL THAT WAS NEEDED. THEY WERE SHORT HANDED ONLY 2 AT THE FRONT DESK , ANSWERING PHONE , QUESTIONS, APPORTMENTS AND ONLY 1 IN THE SERVICE MAINTENANCE BAYS / ONE CALLED IN SICK AND THE OTHER WAS ON VACATION. MR. ALLEN HANDLED IT VERY ,VERY WELL I DID NOT FEEL ANY PRESSURE

They had to replace the tire, but it was no charge due to service plan. Just had to pay for labor and new service plan. Not too bad. I appreciated how they fit me in on short notice and were able to get me in and out pretty quickly in spite of my last minute request. They delivered in a much quicker time than originally quoted.
