got right to the problem and nice people, i have bought many sets of tires andmany services over the years and very satisfied.

Staff at this location is extremely friendly and willing to do whatever it takes for the customer to be satisfied. Worked me into an appointment when they could’ve said they were too busy. Seriously the best!!

Phil Underwood the mgr. was very communicative regarding the wheel alignment service and status on my Toyota 4Runner.

Car was serviced at scheduled time and took the amount of time that was estimated. No issues.

The store manager Philip was booked with appointments and super busy. I popped a tire and was stuck. He found me a tire at another store, had it delivered and me out within 2 hours. He genuinely made an effort to help.

Phil at NTB was great. He took the time to work with us to pick the right tire package for our car that would meet our needs. When there was a problem getting those tires, he called and offered a better substitute tire set. These tires were much more expensive, but Phil worked to get the price within an acceptable range of the original quote. Even though they were shorthanded that day, Phil made sure our vehicle was finished in one day, as we needed it the next day. Kudos!!

Everything went well. The service technicians performed the work that was requested and there were no issues with my vehicle after I left.
