From start to finish, Manager Donald Watchinsky helped me find the right tires for my car, and schedule a day and time that was convenient for me to drop it off. I was very happy that he explained the protection package, the balance/alignment of my wheels, and I'm genuinely pleased with the price despite the tires being on the more expensive end... The dealership would have charged me a lot more. In summary, great job!!

Tire Kingdom experiences an enterprise-wide computer system loss when I first visited the store. I waited two days for the situation to be resolved and returned. This is the 'problem' to which I referred and was in no way the fault of the local store management.

I made an appt and came in, sales associate Joseph Pelszynski helped me and walked me through everything that happened to my two tires, his knowledge in rotating new tires helped me understand why my front & rear passenger tires has tge steel belts showing through so soon. They were never rotated or aligned after purchased. He made sure I got two new tires and aligned and rotated the other tires. He was very knowledgeable, and recommended I buy the 3Year Wheel Alignment Program so this won't happen to me again. Thank you, Charlotte Blackburn
