The mechanic and sales associate that helped me, were beyond friendly. They were patient and explained the whole process. I have always gone to this location and received the best care.

The tail pipe extension rusted off from the exhaust pipe so the formed a new tail pipe and installed it in a about an hour.

Had a tire take a big nail on I-95 during late afternoon rush hour. By the time the tow truck arrived, it was clear we wouldnt make it to Tire Kingdom until well after they close. Called and arranged an "after-hours" key drop-off plan. They were able to repair the tire and had it ready for me the next afternoon when I got home from work. Seamless!
