Charles Greco & the girl associate were extremely helpful with my flat tire when AAA was going to make me wait until 8:30 pm, 4 hours after initial call, to tow or change my flat tire! I brought the tire just before 6pm, and Charles informed us that the tire was not salvageable. He immediately gave us many options for the replacement. I dropped my car off overnight and the car was ready by 2pm!! I wish I knew the girl’s name because she was able to talk me “off the ledge” when I called multiple times, while standing on the side of the road! Excellent service! Excellent public relations! I’m a very satisfied customer!!! 😎

The Tire Kingdom in Englewood, FL is great! Dave always makes sure that customers are taken care of in the best possible way. On this visit Dan took care of me. I needed a new battery in my Ford Fusion and he got me the best possible price. Courteous and efficient service is what I expect and I always get it at this Tire Kingdom.

Had a nail in my tire. Spoke with Legand at 6 pm( closing time). She was so pleasant and never rushed me! She explained to talk to Charles the next morning and what kind of comparable tire. She was so helpful and friendly! The next morning, Charles knew exactly who I was and was kind and welcoming. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! What a refreshing experience! I highly recommend this crew, they know what they are doing!
