They left my oil filter loose. I had to climb under my truck and tighten it more than a full turn. Now the entire underside of my truck is coated in oil and I have a constant burning oil smell.

Had a tire blowout on my RV , limited time here and they took care of me rapidly and were very helpful..

Customer service was excellent. Was able to schedule an appointment during my lunch break and get back on time!

Employees remembered me from my last visit. Got me in and out in less than an hour. Always prefer NTB over the competitors (tires plus specifically!) Only place I’ll take my right hand drive converted vehicle for alignments after bad experiences at other places. Never had a bad experience here!

Greeted by the Manager, welcomed me ( returning customer) and asked why i was there. Told the Manager an oil change and rotation of tires. Each Employee i met were welcoming asked if they could help me. My service was fast, enjoyable, the entire crew was great ! They explained everything and went out of their way to assist me in anything else i needed. Left totally satisfied and said i would tell everyone i know about the store policies, employees, service and pricing was Fantastic. Totally Satisfied. Will return again with anything car related.

Straight forward, dropped off vehicle for a scheduled appointment, place was busy but front desk employee handled everything with ease.

I like the staff. Everytime I've stopped in they have been super helpful and never try to take advantage of me. I appreciate the honesty and quality and the fair pricing. Ten of ten will recommend them and will continue going there for the services I need.

The manager Terry is always friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire, dropped it off after closing hours, and had new tires on my car before 8am the next morning. Great service.
