awesome job no second guesses

Before the holidays my family & I came to this facility for new tires & rotation. We were granted grade A service & the customer service was superb. We decided to bring our vehicle back for an oil change tonight & was granted even better service & the service techs showed us they really cared by going above & beyond. John & Amanda thank you'll so much for making our experience one to remember & making us feel safe in our vehicle! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Job done in a very timely manner - helpful staff!

I arrived just before closing with low air pressure in my tires. John was ready to close shop for the night, but without the least resentment he had me pull around and he checked and filled each tire. Thanks, John!

Good People been having my car serviced there for the last 12 years

4 tires I wanted were in stock and installed within 1 HR and 45 minutes.

Car overheated while on vacation in Hudson, NY, and I had AAA tow me to the nearest shop, which turned out to be this Midas. The quickly discovered the hole in my radiator, got a replacement, and installed it getting me back on the road. Much appreciated!

Terry was absolutely amazing and honestly had the best people skills when it came to getting my car serviced on this morning. I walked in and he immediately greeted us and tended to my car in no time. He explained everything from the oil change to the tire replacement and what to look out for. He also made sure we knew they had refreshments available to us. He was consistent with giving me updates about my car and the pricing so I didn’t have to worry about any unexpected fees at the end. I couldn’t have asked for a better maintenance experience so I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to Terry and the rest of the amazing NTB crew! :)

I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 tire deal. Also had an alignment, and found out 2 of the tire sensors were bad. They replaced all 4 at a discount. While the work took a while, it was quality work. I can appreciate this fact. Would absolutely recommend this NTB.

The customer service was awesome. I was greeted with a smile and had the door held open for me. I'm very satisfied with everything.
