Good oil change service at a reasonable price. They gave me an exorbitant price quote for brake service.

Associate spoke clearly of what my service would entail from the price,the time,and offered other options to choose from

I called the day before, they Gut me in the next day. They did a great job.

I received no service. I requested a quote to replace the rear upper ball joints. I also got two other quotes, both lower .

Tommy or the guy from Ohio who loved fishing, was interactive and made everything very clear.

Oil change was fine but they told me I need front brakes and rotors (estimate $400). When I took it to the Ford dealership, they said I only needed front brake pads

The folks at this location have always treated me very well, that is why I used them. I myself use to work for Carrol Tire years ago.

Chose this dealer for the good price on tires. Scheduled an app at 11:00 am and was told it would be an hour and half. 4 hours later I called and they said 45 more minutes. I interpret that as: We forgot, let us get right on it. We picked the car up and all is good. Also they slipped a shop charge into he online agreed deal. Wasnt surprised, but still did not like it.

I’ve used NTB in the past and was never able to get anyone on the phone, that wasn’t the case this time. I’ve called 3 times in 2 weeks and they answered right away. I had an 8 am appt and was done by 845 for an oil change and rotation. Fastest anywhere I have been.

I had my alignment check when I had new tires installed about 30 days earlier, had to bring it back because of uneven wear in a few days. They corrected but this problem should have not occurred in such a short time frame. They were fast and no charge.

I was able to get same day service and got exactly what I needed done. I found the manager, Terry Sharp, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. While I was sitting in the waiting area, I could hear his exchanges with many other customers, and he has a good communicative and friendly style.

The work they performed was fine, but the price for the oil change was too high. Standard oil change is 20.00. Since we have a Cadillac SRX they charged 50.00. Nothing special about the Cadillac engine. Standard filter and oil. Will look for a service shop that does not raise price based on brand.

The manager was very friendly and answered my questions well. He checked in on us that were waiting too. I have gotten my oil changed at this location and will continue to.

Called and made appointment for 10 on Friday. got there at 930 and they didn't take my truck back to almost 1130. I thought an appointment was just that.

Terry Sharp, the manager, and his employees are always friendly and complete my work on a timely basis. There is a comfortable waiting room with coffee, TV, and good lighting for my reading. They listen and seem genuinely responsive to my concerns. I am a long-term multi-vehicle customer, and I like the service!

NTB Evans Ga. They told me my brakes and rotors need replacing and I did them myself not long ago. They were fine. Tried to sell me other expensive fixes not needed. They will rebuild your vehicle if you let them.

The job was not properly done. Im still encountering the same automobile problem. The service will be provided by a different repair shop.

Terry took the time to walk me through the pricing to make sure that I understood what I was paying for. I was very happy with the service and will be going back.
