I was highly satisfied with the overall experience because the Manager, Terry, was amazing with his customer service skills and covering all the details of my visit.

Mark was an excellent representative with clear communication skills and NTB (Formely Tire Kingdom) consistently provides great customer service at competitive prices.

The sales person was promp explain different options cost and warranty.service was fast compared to some I have dealt with in the past that was slow service and a very long wait.they got me in and out in a timely matter.. I will be back thanks…..

I sent my 17 year old daughter in to get tires I had already set up her appointment on line because I was not able to go with her and she was extremely happy with the way she was treated and did not feel uncomfortable at all and that is everything to me so I would like to say thank you and it was much appreciated and noticed .
