Rich was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was receiving for my service. The tech Chris explained his inspection to me and explained he found no issues with anything on my car. He did tell me that my brakes were good but my front rotors were starting to stripe

I had an appointment for my oil change and two days before that my starter and wires decided to mingle and melt, killing my car. It was 11pm and smoke was boiling out from under the hood. I was scared, not knowing what was going on or what to do. My first thought was "Tow it to store 94." I got it towed and first thing the next morning all hands were on my car trying to figure out what happend and why. Through out the entire process they kept me updated and once they knew what happend and why they explained it all. Within a day it was fixed and in tip top shape! And my oil change was done as well! This was my first emergency with my car and the entire process with store #94 went above and beyond my expectations, as always. The manager has a great team, and I know his team wouldn't be who they are without him! As I have said before, I highly reccomend this store and staff and I know that my car is always in great and honest hands with knowledgeable and kind staff! I truly am so thankful, I can't say it enough, but I will say it one more time. Thank you.
