Excellent. Jamie from Tire Kingdom in Crystal River, Florida, helped me with a tire nightmare that started with the Take 5 oil change in Ocala, Florida and caused a domino effect that cost me over $600, and 2 days off of work.

Slow leak in front tire. They repaired tire at no charge. Have road hazard ins.)

The service was good they honor their alignment long term contracts. They know what they are doing and where problems are with wheels tires and alignment. Very satisfied with the service.

Making an appointment at the store was fast and easy, the check in and check out process was fast. I was told that it would be completed in one hour, they were done in 45 minutes. They were friendly and professional, I was impressed with everyone working there.

Customer service is top notch, Technicians are really a great bunch, have been going there for 2 years if theres ever a problem I call they take me right in and make it right, so far the only problem Ive had was with wiper blades, but they immediately fixed the problem
