Mike was amazing. I got a full set of tires on July 3rd and he still managed to get me in even with them being booked back to back. I had other issues a week later with something not related to my tires and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed in time for us to leave town.

As always, the customer service at THIS Tire Kingdom, Palm Bay Road, Palm Bay, is excellent. They sell you what you request and need, they dont try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. When an alignment check showed that my vehicle needed an alignment they texted me the screen printout at the time they suggested I have the vehicle aligned. Taking into account the extra time for the alignment, the vehicle was ready when promised.

Lentz gave exceptional customer service and helped me out immediately with my tires on a very busy memorial holiday.

Alignment was done perfectly since the mechanic let me, the vehicle owner, set the wheel to a perfect center position before the mechanic performed adjustments on the vehicle

Robert did an awesome job at the front desk. He was only one inside and only one person in shop. He was pleasant and patient with customers even though he was pulled in several directions at once. It was very busy in there!
