I've been going there for about 4 years now each time my expectations have been met to the fullest.

Very professional overall good service.

Dagenhardt and the front staff do an amazing job in communicating with the customers and making appropriate recommendations. During my wait time I saw him go above and beyond to help another customer who had lost a part of their vehicle. He is always professional and provides excellent service.

Service tech said i'd be out by 9:30 am and i had my keys in my hand..flat fixedtires rotated,balanced and aligned. Van rides like new..

The staff here should be commended for their efforts. After placing the order online and scheduling an appointment the tires were delivered to the wrong store and appointment had to be canceled. Later that evening, manager called me assuring me he would pick up the tires early in the morning and would have me in and out in no time. Upon arriving I was greeted by the staff and treated with white glove service. Hats off to the team for the save. I'm pleased with the service and will be returning.

The store manager Degenhardt provided premier customer service from the moment I walked in the door. He was attentive to the issue my vehicle he was attentive to me, and he provided excellent and thorough customer service from start to finish. I have never been more satisfied with a tire Kingdom he is the epitome of the example of what a store manager who is customer facing should be.
