I always get hands on service, the associates always find the best deals when it comes to parts and specials-- the associates recognize me as a long time client/ customer, they are able to look up my history with ease and suggest replacements for the next visit.

Excellent customer service and representatives working on every car so that we can get to our destination! Drop off service is a perfect concept to have the work done while I can get other things accomplished!

We were regulars at this institution but company taking it over does not offer any services or warranty for work done so moving on. Hope the employees are hosed in transition

Great service personnel and speed of service

The opening and closing associate David Hegel was very knowledgeable and accompanied me out to my vehicle so I could explain the problem and show him the damage to the tire on my car. They took my car into the shop and it was out in 28 minutes. If all your customers are handled this way, it makes them want to return.
