The staff was very friendly. They checked me in promptly for my appointment. The waiting area was clean and there were beverages available! I appreciated the communication I received from staff members letting me know of their progress as I was waiting.

They fit me in without an appointment. I needed four tires and an alignment. Very happy with the service.

I came in at 7:20 with my car stranded on I-95 because of a flat tire. Christian Silva greeted me and advised that his morning tech called out sick. I advised that my car was stranded and had gotten a ride over so he said he personally would change the tire for me. Within 20 minutes he had my tire ready to go while still answering phone calls and attending two other customers who walked in. Extremely professional and polite made a terrible situation a little bit better and absolutely made my day.

Randy, my service manager, was great to work with. I needed 2 Perelli tires but they didnt have my brand/size in stock. He was able to find one locally, by mid-day, and the other was shipped in from N. Carolina several days later.Service was efficient and friendly.
