Assessment that the tire couldn't be patched was done. A new tire was put on and I was on my way quickly.

My scheduled appointment was on time. When I had to go to another store to get the tire, out of stock at the store I was at, the other store took me right in, no waiting. I know this won't always happen, but when it does it makes the day so much better.

I’ve had trouble getting oil changes at other places, VW can be tricky and Tire Kingdom on Del Prado has done it successfully many times. They are honest and fair. I never feel they are trying to sell me something I don’t need.

THE STAFF EXPLAINED THE LEVELS OF COVERAGES AVAILABLE TO ME ON THE TIRE PURCHASE. I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL SETS OF TIRES THERE FOR DIFFERENT VEHICLES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED.
