The customer service was phenomenal. From when I spoke to Ralph on the phone, to arriving in person and Rick assisted me with getting a new tire. The professionalism was unmatched by any other service center I have taken my vehicle to. I am very grateful for their help today!

I was referred by another location. My car had been serviced before and I had declined some optional service, but I had the quote with me. The manager reviewed the paperwork and quickly inspected my car. He honored the previous quote and was able to start servicing my car immediately. The work was completed in the estimated time frame. Excellent experience overall.

I ordered tires and scheduled install at another Tire Kingdom location (Pondela), but was told they couldn't sell me the tires because "the computers are down." Went to this store (Del Prado) and they had tires in stocks that met my req'ts and installed immediately without an appointment, even though computers were still down.
