The staff were very kind. The food was hot and delicious with good portions. The bread butter and jelly was well stocked and ready for me to gorge on!

It is good to see La Mad come back after Covid. The manager is omnipresent and has brought back to work long-time employees who are competent and welcoming.

The place was clean and the people were friendly. It was very close to home.

The associates were friendly. Ordering was easy. It was air conditioned.

The Richardson location always has great service. I actually live in Allen, which has a location that consistently messed up my orders multiple times. I choose to drive the 10 miles to the Richardson location because I don't need the headache of the location nearest my home. I started going to the Richardson location in about 2001 when I actually lived close to it and have consistently received great service and accurate orders. This location is worth the drive because of the consistently pleasant experience.

I love their desserts and variety of bake goods they have. I'm a lover of almond croissant, oatmeal cookie.

Normally my experience is excellent. Food quality is great, order is accurate and the cleanliness of the place does in deed count. The cleanliness of the bathroom is quite important because is that place is clean, the cleanliness of the kitchen must be good, o at least that would be my assumption.
