I love getting massages. Scheduling is a bit tough, but overall I am happy with my experience.

Appointment was on time, friendly staff, knowledgeable massage therapist and nice atmosphere.

My experience was very satisfactory, Caitlin, my aesthetician, was wonderful. My only small complaint is the front desk staff was not so friendly. I'm not saying they were rude or unfriendly at all. Just not welcoming and friendly like a front desk staff should be.

Nadia is wonderful! She is attentive and very consistent. She is te reason I come ever 2 weeks.

All personnel are pleasant. Everything went as scheduled. I'm able to make my next appointment (and some future appointments) at the time I check out.

My regular therapist was not available so I had a new one. Stephane greeted me on time and in a friendly manner. She listened to how much pressure I liked and checked during my massage if it was correct. I will request her again if my regular therapist is not available.

I have been coming to Hand & Stone monthly for approximately one year. My massage therapist is Kevin who is absolutely wonderful. Whenever I have any questions, the receptionist answers them promptly. Have brought my family members for massages who were very satisfied.
