Not my type of hotel

First of all the lady at the front desk was not very rude and disrespectful. We told her that we had an Orbitz reservation and in-spite of that she charged us twice. When we tried to point out her fault she was very rude. Then in room, the shower was like pressure wash. It was awful and due to the pressure of the water force, the drain opener use to drop where we ended up in a knee-full water while showering. It was awful
