The ease of booking a party along with the high amount of communication before and during the party was impeccable. The staff was super friendly and polite. The value of the party made it even better. Our host was excellent in making sure the birthday girl and us I were happy. He was polite and efficient. The manager was extremely cheerful and helpful. The girls in the party had a blast! Also, the park was not overly crowded so wait times were very minimal which was great. There also didn't seem to be any behavioral problems (line skipping, aggressive behavior, etc) like we have experienced at other trampoline parks. :)

I was amazed at how well all staff were to helping us and our host was also great. The only thing was the need to enfore the rules better.

Our party host was amazing! My party had a wonderful time and are all planning on going back! I enjoyed myself too and we had plenty of time during out party!

Our host Brandon was Excellent! Brandon our host made sure we had everything we needed and some! The boys loved everything it had to offer, especially getting the dodgeball area all to themselves as part of our Birthday package. Our little one even loved what all he got with his arcade tickets.

Chris was amazing! So was our party host. Could not have been happier!

I forgot the employee name but she was more than willing to help. Also was able see a smile on everyone face. I believe this was the best place I could have went for my son birthday.
