My girlfriend and I have been staying here almost once a week for the past 18 months. Genuinely, it is one of our favorite things to do. Staff is awesome; beds are comfortable; breakfast beats most other places; price is more than fair. We love this place and we'll be back as long as it's is like this.

The place is run down and beat up. It's obvious the new owner is trying to fix it up but it is still the same place it was a year ago. They scaled the breakfast back (bad idea) but keep trying to raise the price point. The pool is still down and the rooms, furniture and linens all need attention. The Priceline price makes this a solid value but before they can command a higher price they have a long way to go.

This place is obviously trying to dig out of a deep hole. The new owners are in a tough spot. They bought a run down borderline dump. They have consistently worked on upgrading it. The effort is appreciated and shows. The employee morale is better and the general appearance is as well. But it's still just marginally better than their competitor next door and until it is significantly better they can't afford to risk raising their prices. Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back.

We are regulars at this hotel. The new ownership has improved this place immensely. It is still rough around the edges and not worth the premium price point at this time but they are headed in the right direction and we greatly appreciate it

The place is dated and somewhat run down. It is still a great value when it's priced right but there are nicer hotels in town that don't cost that much more. I'd stay here any day as long as they are realistic about the price

This place at the right price is great. It's a bit worn (pool has been down for at least two years) and the rooms are inconsistent in terms of bedding, flat screens, microwaves and refrigerators. The breakfast is actually pretty good; just wish they'd keep it til 1030. The staff in the evening is always great. We've staid at other places in town which are much nicer but candidly, with the discounted price this place is without question the best value.
