We were so impressed with the service we received for our party! Staff were friendly and professional and facility was super neat and clean! Our 9 year old and his friends had a blast! Thank you Rockin Jump!

Our party host (Samantha?) I don't remember her name...was VERY sweet, informative, and helpful. It was such an easy process, and everything was handle impeccably. I was expecting a little choke or confusion and there was none. I will definitely recommend the birthday party package to friends!!

The kids in the party had fun. But in my opinion, it was overcrowded as in a fire hazard. And because of this, more employees should have been working. The girls bathroom was out of everything and needed to be attended to. And, some of the employees monitoring the areas in the park seemed to be zoned out. A few times we had to get their attention as children were piling up and it was getting dangerous. And, when announcing a party, all music should be turned off and maybe a siren alarmed right before the announcement as you can never hear what they are saying cause it is so loud in there. I had to physically go find a lot of people for pizza time. The party helper was real nice, but I would start doing something, then she would help. It seemed I did a lot more and had to remind her of a few things. She seemed to have other stuff on her mind. But, all-in-all, the parks activities are fun. I just wanted to help out in all areas that I could.

When we checked in for our party (which was 19 kids), no one told us or the kids that it was ok to go ahead an jump so we wasted time just waiting around. No one came to let me know that the room was ready so we could put our things in and I had to go and find someone. The staff was not as friendly as I had hoped for such a large party and the amount of money I spent.
