Staff was extremely friendly. Staff was extremely helpful. There was lots of options for the kids to do while we were there.

Everything went well. My only thing was it was crowded in the waiting area while we were checking kids in and stuff but other than that it was amazing. The staff and our party host really went above and beyond.

The guy who assisted us with everything his name is Leon is really helpful and is the definition of customer service he definitely made things so much easier and smooth going and put our comfort and satisfaction first every step of the way I will be needing him to assist me each time thank you!

Our host for the party was amazing! I loved being able to show up and enjoy the party and not stress about anything. Skyzone provides great communication before and during the party. The length of the party room was a little long and the kids did get a little restless. Overall this has been one of the best birthday party experiences and I would highly recommend it.

The party leader provided EXCELLENT service and support! The entire staff was polite and attentive. The party booker was very nice and provided great guidance and support.

Keydari was our party host and was very attentive and courteous. He was organized and kept things clean. It was very easy to just bring a child in and not have to do any work.

The birthday party attendant lyric was so sweet and very attentive. She handled everything for us and we had a great experience. Everything was well organized and explained to us so we knew what to expect throughout the party.
