We were very pleased with my daughter's birthday party. The staff was great.

Nas was an excellent attendant. He was great and proactive with the kids. He communicated and supported me (the customer and birthday host) to the highest degree. I highly recommend Nas.

Brianna was wonderful with all the kids, though they could be very demanding. Jumping was fun, and it was difficult to get the kids out of the park, they had so much fun!

Our party host, Leon, was amazing. The kids loved him and he took care of everything we needed. I'd never been to Sky Zone before, but it will always be my choice over Altitude now, just because of him. It was obvious how much he enjoys his job and takes pride in what he does. He made my niece's birthday party better than we ever hoped. He's a definite asset to your team.

Leon, our party concierge, was highly attentive and made everything super smooth. Our pizza delivery was late and he figured it out and got the kids fed without them noticing the hiccup.

Friendly staff, very well organized, party favors were a hit. It was great to staff at each area and they were monitoring the kids unlike other parks.

The employees were GREAT. So friendly and helpful! We had Leon as our party host and he was the best. The people at the front desk were also wonderful.
