Larissa was great!! Hosting a birthday party here was effortless! I appreciated the communcation prior to the event.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Party host did an excellent job greeting guest, serving food and cake. The facility overall was clean and organized. Great experience!!

It was a great way to have a bday party without much work on my end. Also a great way to get the kids moving in the winter. Very nice facility.

We ordered 2 additional pizzas and they were not delivered. The host told me immediately, said they pizza was on its way and would be free. He was polite and respectful. In the end I asked if because there was only 15 jumpers I could pay the next party package. He stepped away and came right back with everything credited on the bill.

Our party hostess Julia K was very attentive to our needs and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. She has excellent customer service skills. The male that was working the dodge ball area was also very good, and I especially appreciated the fact that when a child was knocked out they had to answer a random trivia question to get back in and he adjusted according to their ages and abilities. That was pretty cool as we had several teachers at our party.

My party room hosts were so wonderful! They were quick, patient, flexible, knowledgeable and very friendly with all of the kids and adults as well! I loved having a birthday party for my girls there and I think their friends had a blast as well! I was very fortunate that there was only our party going on & the facility (like usual) was clean and well kept. A few of our friends hadn’t been there before and enjoyed themselves. Thanks for a great birthday for my girls!

We purchased a Groupon to host a birthday party for my twins. The facility was clean, party hostess was well organized and it ran so smoothly. Our hostess was polite, helpful and did a great job. It was an excellent value for the level of service we received and they were very accommodating to our family. We would definitely rebook a party at this facility.
