The individual that was attached to our party was professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The premises were extremely clean and neat. The safety precautions and materials used were superb. A good time was had by all of the children at my sons birthday party thank you.

The kids had a great time. Starting at 10am on Sunday - giving us 1 hour basically to ourselves was key. Especially with 20 kids.

Karen and Nick, the party attendants, were extremely helpful in making sure the birthday party went smoothly.

Service from Paige was outstanding. She was on top of everything, engaged with the kids in the party, aware of all that was going on and made the time we spent there extremely seamless! My daughter and her friends were able to experience everything and enjoyed themselves! Kudos to Paige for amazing service!

Everything was fabulous! We had our sons 3 year old birthday party. Our hosts yesterday, Freddie & Michael, were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked into the facility we were taken care of; we were even met at the door to assist us without Freddie even knowing he was our host. We were constantly informed on what was next and was guided while also allowed to make changes if needed. From the beginning to the end of the party was fantastic! We would and will recommend it to all of our friends! Thanks again!
