My host Ethan was amazing and a great help. He was patient with my rowdy party of 25 kids. The bathrooms were surprisingly very clean and well maintained.

It's a fun place to take your kids to burn off some energy. The kids enjoy playing and eating pizza. Best time to go is during weekdays when it's not that crowded.

The attendant that helped us was really good really nice probably one of the best customer service people I’ve seen in a long time. However for the amount of money we spent I felt that the party room was too plain I also feel like the whole process was too rushed and you can you need more attendance in each area because kids kept coming into our private area during dodgeball but overall the kids had fun

I had a hard time getting Rockin' Jump to call me back. I called several times, left voicemails and sent an email. But no response. I had to call again on Sat before the party before I got to speak to someone. On the day it was very crowded. Too crowded. When so many birthday parties are scheduled, maybe close the venue to outside jumpers? Several of our invitees had siblings they wanted to pay for additionally but could not because it was sold out. Our party host was very helpful and nice which is why I have left a satisfied rating. He was the saving grace.

The party timing was abt 15 min less, if the party memebers are more then it gets little tough to manage. The limited food order can be a concern. It would be helpful if party host is informed ahead of time about what is included and what’s not like for eg: party decoration like simple happy birthday banner not included, all food needs to be ordered ahead of time,

one of the computer system was down. There were only 2 systems that worked. I think you should increase the number of computer systems to at least 5 or more.
