I've been to many Rockin' Jumps all over the Bay Area. This is one of the friendliest and cleanest location we've been too.

We were extremely satisfied with our party host, Jose. He was very attentive to all our needs and made sure our party was well taken care of! We would love to have him be our party host again in the future. We've had several parties at this location and our experience with the party host has not been as great as this time. Thank you, Jose!!

It is a great birthday party experience. The kids love it. It is an easy and complete party for the adult planning it. I love having a party host to help with everything.

The birthday party room was not available at during jumping time. We were rushed. It was not enough time. 45 mins use is extremely short.

The time it took for the kids to check-in. Also, the rush to get in and out of the party room.

The jumping area was way too crowded and some of our party kids include birthday girl for injured badly yesterday. The drink selection was not healthy and suitable for younger kids. The food menu was not correct on the website. I found they have more pizza menu few days before the party. Every time we visited the birthday party there, we got Rockin jump ticket but none of us got ticket this time :( Can you send it to us if the stuff just forgot to give away? Thank you!

The jumping time for the party was only 60 minutes. The kids would appreciate a little longer jumping time.

There were older kids in the dodgeball pen targeting much younger children and hitting them hard with balls. Employee stood and laughed and didn’t intervene to regulate rules and other kids got injured.
