Cost vs jump time 30$ per kid for 1hr of jump is not worth it

Although it is always very crowded, the staff did an excellent job of managing all the kids in our party and making sure our event went off smoothly.

Our party hostess was amazing and very helpful, friendly with the kids and knowledgeable. She helped so much, kept us on track and made it very easy, fun and accommodating, everyone had a great time! There was a zone staff member, Lexi, who was also super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, made sure kids were safe but having tons of fun! Great experience and we will definitely be back soon and highly recommend this place!!

Lisa was the best!!kept party moving,helped with special request and a few difficult kids.all the kids had fun in a variety of locations,pizza was very good.

Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful setting up and taking down, it was very appreciated . The kids all had an amazing time. As busy as it was the kids all had ample time to do what they wanted

Kids had a great time. Food was good. Party coordinator was amazing. The only price is high I would recommend some added value like 10+ jumpers =15 more mins or 12+ 40 more mins. Just seemed like it was very ala crate pricing and it’s difficult to have a small party at such a fun place so if I’m going to pay 500 for a small party more jump time would seem appropriate and not a high cost item for the facility

The price for a birthday party is far too extravagant. A birthday party should only cost between $200 and $300 for a party. Paying $400 - $500 makes it impossible for people to choose you again. I would not recommend it for friends.
