SkyZone

The staff was very kind which is great especially since several of the children at the party had special difficulties ex. Anxiety/ADHD/Autism/behavioural issues. Most of us had been to sky zone before but not necessarily to a birthday there and they can get busy and loud and they have a ton of energy but all staff members were kind and helpful and no one offered harsh words when inevitably someone didn’t follow the rules. I’m grateful for this since it could have meant melt downs or fighting issues but we had none. The party host was amazing and it was extremely nice for us mothers who have to constantly worry about our children because of special needs could sit and visit which is something we hardly ever get to do. All of us parents and our children are talking about more parties with sky zone .

I was so impressed with our party attendant. I wish I remembered her name. She made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. She was absolutely phenomenal. She even folded all the kids clothing and put it into the cubbies for us! I am so sad to hear that this morning the SkyZone Surrey location has closed it's doors because they defaulted on their rent. I really hope this gets sorted out very fast, especially for any children expecting to have their birthdays there this weekend! I would definitely take my kids to SkyZone again, but I really hope this issue with their rent is not recurring.

The birthday party was amazing, all the kids loved it! Cameron, the birthday person-in-charge was amazing with the kids and could always be found if we had any questions. the only thing I would suggest is to add about 15 mins to the party room for gift unwrapping! that would be A+.

We like the b day because we have a helping hand with the kids.

Our birthday party host was amazing! She was kind, she was professional and thorough. I was so pleased with her-I will call Monday to give further feedback on her bc she was that amazing!!

Time in party room is so short while we have to wait long to have enough food.

The computers that were being used for signing the waivers were too slow and the keyboard was working at its own leisure.
