The gentleman that helped us get everything set up when we walked in and throughout our party, was absolutely amazing!

The events coordinator was very helpful booking the party and answered all of my questions. The party room was perfect, enough seating and room for all of us. The park was a blast - even the adults had fun! Overall this exceeded our expectations - I will be back and my sisters are planning on booking birthday parties there as well!

The front desk ladies were professional, aware of my reservation, polite, on time with the food and took care of the presents. Party room was clean, jumping area was clean and not overcrowded and bathroom were clean with soap.

My son loves having his birthday party at SkyZone with his friends. This is our second year in a row with hopes to return again for a 3rd year. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to give my son and my wife a very easy and exciting birthday party with little effort from us! Thank you

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our party coordinator was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. All but one staff member was excellent with the kids. There was one young man with blonde hair that didn’t want to help my Son with the zip line and just shrugged his shoulders when he said the handles weren’t far enough back for him to grab them. Once another staff member took over the problem was solved.

Was very easy to have kids birthday party here. Staff took care of everything and were friendly.

First, the staff that were helping with the birthday party were exceptional! They made a chaotic event a vastly enjoyable experience, both for myself the host and for all the children and their parents. Second, you offer entertainment that is physically invigorating and different from other venues. The kids love it and the variety of different activities. Third, the staff fielded questions and offered solutions that were both satisfactory and gained my respect for their professionalism and enthusiasm. It was a huge success and much of that is attributable to SkyZone staff and the facilities. Thank you!!

Ryan was our birthday host, and he was fantastic. Took great care of my son's birthday party and allowed us to have a great time.

We loved having our birthday party there, everyone had a blast, super easy to book and it went so smoothly! Highly recommend!
