The host we had for the party was amazing other than that I fell really disappointed given the amount we paid for the party. Once we arrived we never received any help. Seem like it was really unorganized and lacked structure.

My party host was attentive. Check ins were smooth. The park was clean!

The staff knew their stuff, were organized and kind. I felt like they wanted the party to be what I desired and did not try to upsale me. I also liked how little I had to bring with me. My host was waiting for me and my guests when I arrived and escorted us to our car after the party was over. These were things I did not experience at another child birthday venue. I was very pleased and will likely book another party again!

We had a great time at my son's birthday party! Our host Mila was very attentive and nice. The jump areas were clean. Even though there were a lot of people there it wasn't overly crowded. Plenty of jump areas were open for my toddler to enjoy herself. Party room was decorated nicely with plenty of supplies and balloons. The food could've been better (wings were tasteless and hard) but it wasn't Skyzones doing. Overall good first time experience.

It was very easy to book a birthday party for my son. Everything was smooth and organized and made it very enjoyable. Abby was a wonderful host and very attentive!

the easiness of getting a party of 20 + kids organized. Elwin was a big help. as was the girl Sariah who checked in our party. she was extremely friendly and explanatory and made my entire party feel special. Big props to having workers like her checking in big birthday parties
