Happy kid Confortable Enjoy time.

In the midst of this Corona Virus pandemic, sky zone staff was very friendly and cooperative. They answered all my questions and concerns during this time. I was very happy to see team members cleaning as they said they would. My team member was very helpful during our time in the party. Everything ran smoothly.

The kids had a great time. Loved the free video games. Birthday party room was fun.

The ladies i dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The young lady that helped me check in and set up party was fast but efficient. Seemed like she was always 2 steps ahead of me :). The manager was great as well.

The service I received was the best, for me. I was immediately greeted, our host was extremely patient and understanding- considering that we were under a lot of pressure (party planning is not our thing). She was very kind in explaining and repeating (a lot) because I needed it. This made our experience much more enjoyable to us, our guests and especially our baby girl, who was the whole reason we were there. Thank you!

The kids had fun and the girls working in the party room helping us with the party where amazing.

I didn't notice until I got home but my only thing was I thought additional jumpers were $20/jumper per my contract but I was charged $25/jumper.

I like that it was very easy to plan my son party. I liked the amount of jump time he got for his party. The team members were all very friendly. The only thing I would like more of would be sitting for parents before you are able to go into the party room.
