Bryce was incredibly attentive and took care of everything for us. She was fantastic! Also we loved the new setup and additions to the facility. Great improvements! Now my kids prefer Sky Zone over Defy.

The service was great the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The only issue was that the checkin process wasn’t clear for birthday parties. Eg we were to go to a different counter.

Ava- party host was very nice and attentive, she cared about the kids having a good time. The park was clean. The staff was friendly.

Loved having the party there very easy to plan and no setup or cleanup. Staff was super easy to work with Sammie our room girl went above and beyond.

First time going we hosted a birthday party. Everything was clean and easy to understand! My son had a wonderful and great birthday!

Bryce the party host was great!! One thing I couldn’t understand is why my son couldn’t reach the zip line rope. We were there a couple weeks ago and he reached it no problem. The kid working it wouldn’t let me help in on which is fine but just off that he reached it prior and not now.

I called three times and left messages to confirm party and details, no one called me back. I was unaware of there being a hostess in the room.

I had 2 toddlers with me and i didnt like that i couldnt stand in the square with him to make him jump even though i wasn't jumping.
