The only complaint I have is the floor was sticky in the party room. You could tell it was from the cleaning products. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Our hostess Melanie kept the kids busy playing party games while we waiting for the cake to arrive. Felt very well taken care of. Booking staff was great as well! Very friendly and helpful on the phone.

We booked a party and everything was super easy. The kids had a great time. I loved not having to worry about anything. Everything was provided and staff was great. Only compliant that the pizzas were small for the price.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL. Bravo to Imani and Arianna, our party room hostesses. I have done many birthday parties all over the US for my kids (mostly because we move alot) and those two were without a doubt the BEST hostesses I have had. My only regret is that their TIP could not be charged to my credit card. Having recently moved from a large urban city on the NorthEast, my husband nor I regularly carry any large amounts of cash on us. I assumed that I could add a TIP to the final payment. I initially booked and paid online, so I assumed that any last minute charges, including tip, could be charged to my credit card on file. I was not made aware that that tips were only cash or cheque before hand. I am to blame too. I should not have assumed. Oversight on my part too. Overall, I would use your location again. I would also recommend to family and friends the cleanliness and friendliness of all your staff. Again, shout out to Imani and Arianna. They truly were the BEST party hostesses. (And my kids, ages 13 and 11, have never had an at-home party. So we have had many parties at facilities such as yours, over the years).

The price of the party pack was very reasonable. The Host was extremely patient and very sweet. She made everything very easy and convenient for such a large great. I was very impressed

The staff member that was assigned to my party was extremely attentive and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and continued to check in throughout the duration of the party. The room was clean and the service was wonderful!! The kids had a blast! This was our second time celebrating a birthday party at Skyzone.

Érica our party attendant was SUPERB!! She was constantly checking on us and making sure we had what we needed! I would recommend that you make her a manager because she represents what every good company desires. Great customer service and communication!!! 100%

Francesca helped with our birthday party & she was kind enough to decorate our room using PJ Masks decor to match with our theme. All the staff was friendly & the facility was clean. The party was stress free for mom & dad, and it was tons of fun for the kids.

The assistant that we had during our stay was amazing! She ensured we were satisfied through out our entire experience. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. I also enjoyed the discount I received on the website.

Everyone was great.

The party assistant was very helpful and outgoing with the children. She had a take charge attitude with a smile!
