Could not book online, no one called me prior to the party to confirm details, no real check-in instructions given, guests not informed when to return to party room, pizza wa late (we were not told), drinks were warm and soda was flat

Not enough water provided or available to the jumpers. The sprite that was served during the party was flat.

My experience was better than expected. There is always more that can be done but I was pleased. In an upbet place the staff was quiet. I would have expected more encourage ment towards the kids.

Overall, I would say that I was very satisfied with our party experience. Our party attendant was WONDERFUL! She made our experience worth more than the money we paid! When booking our party, I requested one of the larger rooms to accommodate our party size. For some reason, we were given one of the smaller rooms instead. Not a total dealbreaker but we would have been much happier in the larger room so that a lot of our party members didn't have to stand the whole time. Especially considering one of the larger rooms was empty during the same time that we were in our party room. Also, my husband would have loved to play dodgeball with our son at his party but wasn't allowed. I understand that rules are rules but that was a little bit of a bummer. With all of that said, we still had a wonderful, positive experience!

Pizza was not good. Main issue was we were called after leaving saying we didn’t pay and our card was being ran when, in fact, we had paid the hostess cash and included a tip in it. We were offered no explanation or apology for being accused of not paying our remaining balance of over $200.
