We had a great time! Our server was very nice. However, not everyone behind the desk was welcoming/helpful. I stood at the desk for over a minute before being acknowledged (all five people kept walking around and talking to each other). After asking if someone could help me, a man sternly told me I needed to move to the other line (no one else was in line and not one of the five workers walked over to assist). I waited there for about five minutes. Other groups started being helped ahead of us... A young lady who just walked in started tending to our group. Other than the initial first impression, everything was great! *** The obstacle course balance beam has a metal part that pokes out and could be extremely dangerous.

The kids and adults all had a great experience. The staff was friendly. Our event coordinator was amazing. The girl has angel wings on her feet & will love to have her any day.

Everything was awesome! Our daughter had an amazing birthday party!! We will be back!

Our Party Host was Jordan. She was AWESOME! Because of Jordan I was able to enjoy my son's party! Everyone had a great time!.Everything went very smoothly! Cant wait to go again!

Isaac and Lexi went above and beyond to connect with our kiddos, help them, show them around and just genuinely took great care of us.

For the price we paid everything was handled start to finish. The party host was so accommodating and sweet and made it easy for us to enjoy the party without being bogged down. We had a blast and will definitely come back again

The space was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The kids had a blast. We hadn’t been there in a few years but the space has definitely added more fun activities.

Customer service was great. Very clean and well organized. The hosts did a great job serving my daughter who turned 4. They all had a blast!

Everything was great. Our party room person was absolutely fantastic.
